Well, we're not a franchise, for starters. We're a small, homey "Mom & Pop" shop. Pun intended, but Mom's staying home and leaving all the work to Pop! And we have the most mouth-watering recipes you've ever tasted and strive to make the best popcorn this side of, well, America! To start out with, we use only the finest mushroom hybrid seed. With the exception of our Kettle Corn, the popcorn used in all of our recipes is popped in hot air instead of oil so that our products are as light and fluffy as possible, and much lower in fat than oil popped corn.
Our recipes are
cooked in old-fashioned, solid copper kettles, and stirred with wooden paddles
until they are perfectly done and ready to mix with freshly popped corn for a
product that is second to none.
Our sumptuous Chicago style Cheddar Cheese popcorn is our famous signature item. We use real cheddar cheese in our secret recipe so it's flavor is rich and utterly awesome. Once you try it, you'll never want that powdery stuff again! Nope! Our Cheddar Cheese popcorn recipe is the reason why Copper Kettle Popcorn & Confections started in the first place! If you haven't tried it, you're really missing out on a fabulous treat! It's not soggy, it's "wet" ....and that's the difference between Copper Kettle Popcorn and the next guy. Our cheddar cheese popcorn is always fresh and amazingly yum yum good! Our Caramel Crunch popcorn recipe is simply unbeatable. We use real brown sugar and real butter to give it a smooth, satisfying flavor with a delightful crunch. It's guaranteed to put a smile on your face! And perfect for any ball game. Our Cheesy Caramel popcorn is definitely a feat of perfection. We take our Caramel Crunch popcorn and coat it generously with our signature Cheddar Cheese recipe. Imagine an ultimate and exciting taste experience! That's no understatement! It's all you'd ever expect it to be, and more. A little sweet, a little cheese, a little salty … it’s truly delicious stuff! Wrinkle your nose, if you must, but once you taste it, you will be a fan for life! Can you say "Delectable?" Our Toffee popcorn recipe is another signature item. We use real butter, pure cane sugar, and stir with a tender touch to make sure it's the crispest, lightest flavor there is. Based on Grandmother's beloved recipe, it's perfect all year 'round. It just melts in your mouth! Our Jalapeño popcorn is a taste of the Southwest in a bag. Made with our famous Cheddar Cheese popcorn, it puts a kick in any occasion and is a zesty new addition to our menu. Make every day a fiesta with a bag or tin wherever you go! Don't forget to take some to the office and get everybody charged up for the day! Tailgate party anyone? Our Red Hot Cinnamon popcorn is utterly incredible! We take extra care with our recipe to make sure it has just the right amount of cinnamon to spice up your day! Being red, it gets a lot of notice, and your nod of approval has us smiling! Thank you! We love that you love it, too! How about a delightful mix of fruity flavors and colors to brighten your day? Try our new Confetti mix of cherry, grape, orange, blueberry, strawberry, and green apple flavors! It's a favorite of kids of all ages and is sure to be a hit at any birthday party! Gosh, it's a party in itself and makes wonderful favors for your guests! Our old-fashioned Butter popcorn is exquisite. Movie popcorn doesn't even come close! Now you can enjoy the finest buttered popcorn any time your heart desires! Home theatre, picnics, parties ... you name it! Watch while we make our sweet 'n' salty Kettle Corn in the front of the shop, and enjoy a hot bag fresh from the popper. The smell alone is a treat! If you really want to feel like you're at the county fair or amusement park, have some cotton candy and a soda to go along with it! Or maybe an ICEE? How about a helium balloon? It's sure to perk up your spirits any day of the year, rain or shine! If you're really lucky, there will be fresh, sticky popcorn balls that are sure to delight even the pickiest palate. They go fast, so if you want to be sure you can get some, call ahead and have some reserved just for you. Caramel and Toffee popcorn balls are our standards, but you never know what's going to "pop" up as a special on our menu. Seems to me there are some red ones in the bin, too. Order your favorite flavor ahead of time for parties and events! A variety of sweets and treats awaits ... totally delectable and delightfully unique confections that you can't get at your local supermarket! Have you ever eaten Rock Candy? Yep, that old-fashioned favorite is still around, but today it comes in flavors and pretty colors! How about a Jelly Belly bean from the Soda Pop Shoppe in a mini soda bottle? Or Jelly Belly's Cold Stone Creamery flavors in a keepsake ice cream cone? How about a Jelly Belly Lollipop? We also carry Sugar Free Jelly Belly beans in both Sours and Assorted flavors. An assortment of flavored licorice favorites awaits. Have you ever tried Peach, Chocolate or Cinnamon licorice? Your sweet tooth will definitely find something to make it happy ... without breaking your budget! What's your favorite flavor? We probably have it! We carry the best fudge this side of Kalamazoo (wherever that is) and you'll be hooked when you taste your first bite. Made by a local Tucson Chocolatier, it's the smoothest we've ever tasted! Like silk and satin, it's flat out creamy! We carry a variety of seasonal flavors, as well as the traditional standards; Chocolate, Maple, Peanut Butter, and Dolce de Leche (vanilla fudge swirled with ribbons of real caramel). We also carry the Sugar-Free chocolate, which is sweetened with fructose, and is the absolute best to be had anywhere! Fudge is always a welcome gift wherever you go. We carry half pound boxes year-round and can make arrangements for special 1 pound boxes of your favorite flavor any time. Ask what's new when you come into the shop and perhaps sample a little? If you want an incredibly unique and fudgy treat, you've just got to try one of our "Pop Sundaes." Made with a hearty scoop of our crisp signature Toffee or Caramel popcorn, topped with generous squirts of hot Sanders Milk Chocolate Hot Fudge, and sprinkled with freshly chopped almonds, they are out of this world good! "Pop Sundae Kits" are available, both in the shop and by mail, so you can even make them yourself at home. Can you say "oh, yummmmmm?" We knew you could! We have a large variety of both plain and decorative tins and gift boxes available. Beautiful handmade cloth ribbon bows adorn each gift box. We'd be delighted to work with you to make custom gift boxes that would be the perfect gift for any occasion! Gift card included. Add a Jelly Belly Lollipop, helium balloons, a box of mouth-watering fudge, or a package of Amish Wedding Candy (fruit flavored or black licorice) to really spruce up a special gift box.
