Shipping policy

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Sometimes delays happen that are out of our control, however, we work directly with UPS to resolve matters in a timely manner. We strive to process standard shipments within 72 business hours. However, this will likely be slower during peak seasons. We do prioritize UPS Next Day Air shipments, which are typically shipped within 24 hours. We charge for a replacement shipping label if an order is returned to us with an incorrect address or if the delivery person cannot access your place of residence. If you want a refund because of this, you will be refunded your payment with the actual shipping cost subtracted. When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your order. If an order is received damaged or unsatisfactory, please email, and we will replace it immediately.
